Terms of Use and Fair Housing Agreement
The Terms of Use Shall Be In Force Upon
Submission of Any Payment or
Authorization of Payment to Renting
Metro Detroit, Inc.
Renting Metro Detroit, Inc
and its parent company, Beepaw, Inc,
fully support the principles of the Fair
Housing Act (Title VIII of the Civil
Rights Act of 1968), as amended, which
generally prohibits discrimination in
the sale, rental, and financing of
dwellings, and in other housing-related
transactions, based on race, color,
national origin, religion, sex, familial
status (including children under the age
of 18 living with parents of legal
custodians, pregnant women, and people
securing custody of children under the
age of 18), and handicap (disability).
In addition, any user of our services is
contractually required to comply, in all
respects, with all laws, rules and
regulations applicable to the real
estate industry, including without
limitation, the requirements imposed by
the Fair Housing Act.
Any user of paid services on this
website, or other websites controlled by
Renting Metro Detroit, Inc, or any
affiliated company agrees by the use of
services or upon payment to provide
services in compliance with the laws of
the State of Michigan and those of the
United States of America. Renting Metro
Detroit, Inc may at its full discretion
terminate or otherwise limit services
when it determines a violation has
occurred. Renting Metro Detroit, Inc may
or may not notify any customer of a
termination of services.
Upon payment of services, Renting Metro
Detroit, Inc shall provide services as
set out in its various communications
with any customer. Refunds are issued
only at the complete discretion of
Renting Metro Detroit, Inc. Customer shall
be fully liable for any costs affiliated
with defending this Terms of Use and
Fair Housing Agreement.
